Refund and Returns Policy

Returns:

• You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item.
• Items must be unused and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return.
• To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team.

Refunds:

• Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges:

• We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
